A wonderful experience. The hut is cute, cozy, and comfortable. The view of the hills is something we will not forget. We really enjoyed our stay and being able to go hunting for trilobite fossils!

Cosy little sheperds hut, surrounded by stunning Welsh countryside and perfectly placed for fossil hunting in Upper Gilwern Quarry. If you want complete peace and quite and a good site to look for trilobites then this is it.
