Don't bother on a Sunday, not much happening

Waited ages for the one person to get off the phone whilst the other employee sat around doing nothing, only to be told they couldn't help me. Very poor service.

Always helpful and friendly staff.

Tidy and pretty station, which occasionally even gets a train. BTW, what is the meaning of "Re-victorianisation"? Are they putting boys up the chimney again?

The staff always try to find me the best ticket deal and are generally cheerful and friendly. Thank you
